Engagement Manager

The Role:

You will be accountable for the delivery of streams of activity on specific client Transformation Journeys where you will excel at delivering discrete deliverables on time and to client and internal expectations. You will also add personal value to distinct pieces of work and apply the appropriate implementation approach. In partnership with our community of Systems Navigators and Designers, you will ensure scope management and reporting to mitigate risk by identifying potential challenges. You will play a key role in delivering content development and key projects to grow our business and develop internal efficiencies that go beyond collating knowledge for projects and considers broader industry knowledge, tools, and methodologies.

Your Resume:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget in a variety of sectors
  • Experience working in a remote environment and using asynchronous collaboration and communication tools for yourself and with groups
  • You are known to be extremely results-focused while maintaining good collaborative working relationships with the people you work with
What you Offer:

Project Management skills: You have an experience-based understanding of core planning concepts such as Milestone planning, Right-to-left and Left-to-right planning, risk and issue management, governance, managing the time-quality-budget pyramid, Critical Path identification and management, dependencies and interdependencies, reporting and management information, escalation. You are equally comfortable and adept at connecting with people in short hallway conversations or big boardroom presentations. You also have the ability to communicate clearly and influentially in writing.

Cultural Agility: You have a demonstrated ability to quickly, comfortably, and successfully work in cross-cultural and international environments.

Great Team Skills: You are both a team leader and a team player. You work with others to create an effective working environment and contribute positively to the organization’s culture. Location and other details:

This is a remote position based out of Canada or the US. Because we understand that great relationships aren’t formed overnight, we want to ensure the time is taken on our end and on that of the candidate to get to know each
other honestly. We are hoping to hire several amazing people for this role by Spring of 2021.
